Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Great service, simply delivered

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years, starting with a dual-car policy, which I then reduced to a single vehicle. From the outset, all my interactions with the Admiral team have been easy to follow and efficient. My only suggestion would be to further improve their online service to include more personalised digital experiences based on previous interactions; to extend the number of options in relation to mid-term adjustment options for example, the addition of a temporary vehicle. I appreciate adding more options could lead to human error and requires a lot of back-end coding in terms of producing the correct fees, paperwork etc but that would be really useful. Also, I would encourage the option of language processing and voice searching on the website, along the lines of Siri. Those types of enhancements would really take Admiral to the next level, if not even leader of the pack, in my opinion. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
