Whatever the problem may be that needs help you are at all times helpful and courteous Your staff are all very professional and don't treat you as if you are some sort of idiot, especially when the problem seems insurmountable. when we had a problem with the plumbing the staff and people sent to assist were professional and courteous at all times.It was also an unexpected surprise to get a car insurance rebate during lock down because we hadn't used the car as much.customer care is your top priority obviously.Thank you.
