Easy to deal with and excellent at keeping customers well-informed about a whole range of topics. First-class care of customers through useful coronavirus updates and about topics relevant to keeping safe. Generous £25 return of premium during crisis (none of other insurance companies we use for other things introduced this), which demonstrates care for the customer rather than simply making money out of them.
