Good customer support and competitive prices.

Been loyal to them for 3 years now. You need to call in at every renewal to get a price that is similar to the best offer on the market, but they obliged every time. Like the online capabilities. A bit surprised that my no-claims discount is not making the premium price much lower every year, just a bit lower. The £25 lockdown cashback was a nice gesture, but could have been higher in my view (e.g. as a percentage of your premium not fixed amount). Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
