Brilliant customer Service

I got my first "nice" car from the carshop and I was pretty nervous about changing all my details. But when I called to make the arrangments the call handlers where so supportive and answered my questions. They actually taught me a bit about what voluntary excess is. On twitter they will always answer my questions and have actual conversations with me about modifying my car or changes to my details. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
