Great to get cash back!

I have found the Admiral web site easy to use and Admiral customer services staff efficient and helpful. I have been disappointed that my quoted premium has gone up for no apparent reason each year, meaning that I have had to negotiate it down again - a tiresome and tedious process. Why can't you just offer me your "best price" without me having to haggle for it?! I have not had to make a claim for ages, so I can't comment on how Admiral deals with those, but I was very impressed when they voluntarily gave me £50 in cash back (for two cars), as a result of the reduced number of claims during COVID lock down. Well done Admiral! That is a rare occurrence in the insurance industry. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
