Wonderful customer service

I have always found Admiral a great company to be with. I have been fortunate to not have had to make a claim for years. When I did have to claim, it was complicated and went on for a long time. Admiral were supportive throughout. They treated me with courtesy and respect at all times and took all the pressure off me. I dealt with one gentleman who kept me informed throughout and at the same time gave me as little as possible to deal with. They are always friendly and helpful on the phone and go out of their way to answer queries and give the best advice. Their prices are very competitive without losing valuable benefits. I am old fashioned and good customer service can influence me over price but with Admiral I don't have to worry as I get the best of both worlds. I am happy to recommend them to family and friends as I feel confident I am guiding them towards a company that will take care of them. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
