Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Fabulous

I have been insured with Admiral for a number of years now and never had an issue. Last year I forgot when my car insurance was due to an unexpected death in my family which had hit me hard. I was on auto renewal but my new quote was very high because I hadn't done the usually negotiations with an admiral agent over the phone. I rang up and was in a right state. The member of staff from Admiral calmed me down and listened to my story. She told me not to worry and would sort it out right away which she did and although I was 3 days late ringing up also did not charge me any admin fees. She then gave me her condolences and wished me well. She was so very sincere and this is just one of the reasons I would ever be reluctant to let Admiral go. They care so much when ever you speak to an employee, they are truly fabulous :) Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
