No reasons not to use Chip!

As someone who's always on the lookout for innovative ways to manage my finances, I decided to give Chip a try, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. This app has made saving money a breeze with its user-friendly interface and innovative features. One thing that immediately caught my attention was how easy it is to navigate through Chip. Whether I'm setting savings goals or tracking my progress, everything is straightforward and intuitive, which is a huge plus for someone like me who prefers simplicity in financial management. What truly sets Chip apart, though, is its array of savings services. Chip offers a variety of tools to help users reach their financial goals faster. Moreover, Chip offers a competitive rate of interest on savings, making it even more enticing for those looking to grow their money. Knowing that my savings are earning a decent return gives me peace of mind and motivates me to stick to my financial plans. However, there's one drawback that I can't overlook – Chip is app-only, meaning you can't access its features through a website. While the app is well-designed and functional, it would be convenient to have the option to manage my finances on a larger screen sometimes. Overall, despite its app-only limitation, Chip has truly impressed me with its ease of use, innovative features, and competitive interest rates. Innovative and market-leading

I've been using Chip since they crowd sourced investment and am a big fan. They first came out with a market-leading bonus savings account, then a Premium Bonds alternative, and currently the best instant access savings rate that I have been able to find. Personally I'm not bothered about the AI savings feature, nor the stocks & shares platform, nor the alternative investments offering. However, these are great features and no doubt will be very popular. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Good overall

I like the product -- offering a great interest rate for instant access savings. The app is a little unintuitive at first but you get used to it. My only complaint would be that manual deposits have to be made by debit/credit card. You go to the trouble of linking your bank account via Open Banking and then rather than transfer money that way you have to use a card to deposit. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Fair price but jumps on renewal

Fair coverage and a competitive price at first, although this often jumps at renewal. This means that you'll have to phone up to barter them down to a better renewal quote, presuming that you find one elsewhere, which is annoying to have to do every year. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
