Excellent customer service

Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They take the time to answer questions you ask in such a way that you don't feel pressurised into purchasing their product. This, in turn, gives you confidence to purchase and makes you feel like a valued customer. Insurance premiums charged are very competitive for the high level of cover provided. Excellent customer service

When I've had occasion to phone Admiral I've been assisted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. And during this Covid-19 period even got a partial refund on my insurance premium without having to ask or chase them. My daughter-in-law (insures with Admiral too) recently had the misfortune to be involved in a car accident. The member of staff who dealt with her phone call was brilliant. He focused on how she and her children were and was a soothing, supportive voice at such a stressful time. He then went onto discuss the damage to the car and confirm the way forward. Admiral sorted and settled her claim in 7 days unlike the other driver's insurance company who took the best part of a year to pay the excess! Reviewed on: 5th August 2020
