Really good service shame they shut the branches closed accounts after that Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Reply from Bath Building Society Paul, thank you for your feedback. Just for clarity we have not closed any of our branches. We have no plans to close any branches and are committed to keeping our branches open. With relatively low usage of our Agencies, we did however make the difficult decision to end our Agency relationships last year reinvesting the monies that we were previously paying to our Agencies for the benefit of our members. This approach benefited all of our members and not just the small number using the Agencies. Should you wish to discuss this further then please feel free to contact me. We would not insure anywhere else we had a claim and Bought by many were brilliant settled the claim quickly and even chased our vets for the invoices so they could pay them!! Excellent service Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
