Bought By Many are fantastic and give such a peace of mind

My dog is my world, being a purebred miniature dachshund he comes with a risk of expensive back issues. Bought By Many was one of the few insurance companies I found that gave high enough a cover, and would cover multiple instances of the same issue. I did my research and found people who had been through IVDD claims (multiple times) with BBM and they spoke highly of them... decision made. What I didn't know then was how great they were in any scenario,not just the worst! My dog became very ill with a virus at 4 months old... Bought By Many covered his vet stays and treatment through to recovery, it was so easy to interact with them. I expected my renewal fee to increased significantly having made a claim but to my surprise the annual cost reduced. I have also used the video vet consultation multiple times, giving reassurance and saving me money. I've been able to have consulations in the middle of the night to see if issues could wait till the morning or if expensive out of hours emergency appointments were necessary.
