Cannot fault BBM

I've used a few insurance companies over the years and never have I had one as good as BBM. The premium was reasonable, the claims process extremely simple and their staff so easy to contact (the chat facility is brilliant). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Since switching to them we've had three claims but even though we are in our first year with them there has never been a problem. For one I did the claim myself and then twice via the vet. Even the vet commented on how good they were to deal with! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
