Fantastic service

We've been with them for years for our two cats. The policies are very clearly written and although they are not the cheapest, I find them good value for the cover we're getting. We've had a couple of claims. Submitting them was easy, communication was clear throughout and the time until payout was absolutely fine. Really great experience overall!
