First Class Service

Had to make 2 unrelated claims in the first 12 months for our 2 Maine Coon Cats. Claiming was easy and payment made promptly direct to the Vets. Can make your claim either online or over the phone. Also can track the claim via your online account. Customer Service is one of the best I have experienced. Oh the Premium went up by pence not pounds upon renewal, very happy customer.
