Best pet insurer for my cats

I took out insurance by bought by many for my kitten Nero , a rag doll, then added Howard our next rag doll onto the insurance when we adopted him. During lockdown Nero got poorly and incurred charges amounting to over £500. I used the online rapid claim and attached copies of my receipts and statement of works and waited. It was during the height of the corona virus wave and I fully expected it to take a while . The money was back in my account within one week. Amazing service, always been friendly and helpful when I have called, I cannot rate them highly enough Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
