Having had to make a substantial claim, I was delighted with the level of customer service and speed of paying the claim. I was kept informed at every stage with updates regularly regarding the claim until it was paid which was an acceptable amount of time. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Fantastic customer service

Decided to change from another company that we had been with for years. Spoke with BBM. they reassured me that there wouldn't be a problem with continuing cover. Other companies couldn't do so. Had to make a claim after only being with them for 3months. Payment was made in full quickly. Very efficient. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
