Simple, speedy, no fuss online claims process, with excellent communication

I have unfortunately had to put in several claims for vets bills for my young spaniel. The claims process has been simple, and Bought By Many has communicated with me at each step. The premiums are reasonable and there are added online communications which have been helpful and interesting. Without doubt the best pet insurer I have dealt with over many years of owning dogs.
