Review of the ManyPets, Pet insurance:

Good cover, responsive claims, slick process/website, large annual premium hike

Generally, a positive experience - claims settled quickly, website works well as does the claims process, communications and payment. However, despite claims to the contrary on their marketing material, they increased my premium by 40% in a single year without any reason which can be justified. All pet insurers seem to do this. I am still with Bought by Many as changing insurer has an effect on pre-existing condition cover but in my experience they all increase premiums to a degree which cannot be substantiated by factors such as the age of the animal or any increase in vets costs.
