Customer service is really friendly, bank does the most it can to be as ethical as possible which is better than what other banks are doing. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Good features which I have used occasionally

I don't need to think about the insurance much but there are some features I find beneficial like the vet app. Super cheap for unlimited vet calls if you are worried about your pet. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
