Very good product and customer service

I am happy to recommend Zopa to family and friends for supplying a good product and for good customer service. I took out a loan with Zopa because of the ease of purchase (online) and I was happy with the repayment interest rate in comparison to other lenders. Since taking out the loan I had cause to request a repayment deferral of a few days. I was able to do this quickly and easily online with only the very small interest adjustment (one off to cover the few days deferral). I am very impressed with Zopa to date.
