So far, so good!

Thankfully, I have not yet been in a position where I have needed to make a claim. However, this is partly due to the super FirstVet app which spared me in in person a vet visit during lockdown. The animalloveonline first aid course offered free as Bought By Many customer was also extremely useful. I feel so much better prepared to spot signs of dehydration and know not to rush a dog to the vets if it is having a seizure. And... who knew black tea can clean a wound and spider webs can aid healing*? (*obviously not to be used as an alternative to qualified veterinary assistance). Bought By Many had so many different options to suit my needs (including low & no excess) and these inclusive extras had made all the difference. I assume these make sense to the company - a video triage service if you are uncertain whether a vet trip is really necessary and some basic first aid to avoid doing more harm than good. While their prices remain competitive, I am happy to recommend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
