Excellent product and service

It's not the cheapest insurance around but you get what you pay for. I was recommended to purchase Bought By Many when we got our puppy and I'm very glad I did. The insurance came in useful when he got a grass seed that went under the skin and he needed to see the out of hours vet. Despite having to get information from the out of hours vet and our usual vet the claim was resolved within a few weeks and we were kept updated by email and text every step of the way. Recently my renewal came through cheaper than what I paid last year. I called them to query what had changed and assumed my policy or excess had been changed but no, exactly the same product but the cost has gone down! I've never had an insurance just go down for no reason but it's a very welcome change. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
