Just as you would want it to be.

As the title suggests, my experience with BBM was uncomplicated and hassle free. My cat broke her leg in a very awkward place and needed specialist orthopaedic surgery. My local vet, contacted the specialist practice and boy was l glad l had insurance! But more so, l was glad l decided to change from a long-standing insurer to BBM. I had never needed to make a claim before, but the whole process was easy and payment was swift. It’s exactly what you want, especially when you are upset because your furbie is hurt or sick. I would thoroughly recommend BBM, without reservation. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
