Fantastic customer care

Our dog was very ill a few months ago, had gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and was an awful experience for him and ourselves . Bought by many were absolutely fantastic in their handling of the claim we had to make, we were constantly updated throughout, and the claim was settled without fuss or drama, exactly what we needed in such a traumatic time. Luckily casper pulled through and is back to full health now. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
