Quick, trouble free payment of claims

I have been unfortunate to have a sick dog that went downhill over several months. Every vet claim was payed very promptly even the larger ones. The staff whom I spoke to when I rang, were sympathetic and kind, and sent a lovely card of condolence when my dear Gethin eventually died. My other dogs are still insured by Many Pets, and I'm confident I will have the same experience of efficiency and concern should I need to make a claim for them. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Welsh Springer Spaniel Delilah had the best of veterinary treatment without me having to worry about vet bills!

One of my bitches recently had an infection soon after her season, found when she was scanned to see if she was in whelp (she wasn't!). Although she was showing no signs of ill health, my vets kept a close eye on her in case she was developing pyometra, a serious infection that can occasionally prove fatal. Delilah had a couple of follow-up investigations, which thankfully showed that antibiotics had done their job! I was so grateful that Bought By Money recognised that the vets and I were justified in having continued appointments to ensure that Delilah was in no danger of developing a life-threatening illness and paid for her vet bills (less the excess of course.) Delilah is now in excellent health thanks to our vets and Bought By Many, who ensured that I didn't have to worry about paying for her treatment as well as worrying about her health!
