Paid up my claim in full and kept me informed at all times

It was a bit complicated during lockdown as my dog became really ill needing ultrasound etc. He’d been looked after previously by a vet from the kennels he came from so Bought By Many had to contact them before approving the claim. The insurer kept me informed all the way Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
