Great insurance, straightforward to claim

We insured our new rescue cat, so we didn't have a precise age for her, but she's still young. The application was still really easy, and the explanation of the policy straightforward. We opted for a for-life plan. We get a reimbursement for every policy year that we don't need to claim, which is great compensation while she's young and fit and unlikely to have problems requiring the vet. The claims process is really straightforward and online. You can do a direct claim, you just log in and give them the details, any invoices you have, and they talk directly with the vet. There has also always been online consultations- great cover during COVID. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
