No nonsense pet insurance

Looked at virtually every pet insurance company & although cost was obviously a factor, I wanted a company who could deal with any claims quickly. Trevor, my gorgeous Labrador, damaged both cruciate knee ligaments & whilst he received 1st class vets care & treatment, dealing with the insurance company used at that time was extremely stressful & time consuming. So when Daisy my equally gorgeous Labrador arrived, I wanted better. Bought By Many (BBM) had a great website that provided all the information I was looking for and I particularly liked that it was all presented in clear simple language. The cost was extremely competitive and certainly less than some big names. Unfortunately, Daisy swallowed a sock & needed vets treatment. I was able to submit a claim online & BBM dealt with everything thereafter with them contacting the vets directly to obtain the details they needed. I was kept informed of how my claim was progressing & within 3 weeks I’d received a refund of vets fees. I’ve used the help & advice section on BBM website many times and I am extensively pleased I chose them for Daisy’s insurance. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
