The dog came first

Last year in the midst of COVID our Saint Bernard needed surgery. Like most reasonable people I had already tried non invasive therapy’s that had not helped. When it came to surgery we turned to BBM for help in paying for it. Every single time I contacted them their first question was how is Bear. Not how much and what for, this company should be all about money but it absolutely is not. Cannot recommend highly enough. We now have 2 Saints both insured with this company. They are the best at what they do and when the chips are down they help you, they do not play manipulation games that so many other insurance companies do. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Personal, professional help on the worst days you face as a pet owner

My Young Saint Bernard became lame in March. I didn’t claim straight away, I thought if it was going to be a small amount of money I wouldn’t bother. The problem grew and so did the bill! I called BBM expecting a battle for the money I had already paid out. The first comment, “Oh that’s awful how is Bear now?” Not what I expected, they have been wonderful. I will stay with them and I always recommend them. In my opinion they can’t be bettered. Pet insurance provided by pet lovers whatever next? Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
