Simply put, brilliant!

I have used a few insurers for my two Staffordshire Bull Terriers over the last 6 years and the service has been lacking. Moved to BBM on recommendation a couple of years ago. The original sales process was easy, and the customer service very good. Where they came into their own though was upon claim. Having never claimed before I was worried it was going to be one of those horror stories where you are months on and they deny the claim. The claim we made (well two in one go) was dealt with quickly, and efficiently even during lock down when they had fewer operators. The staff were knowledgeable, reassuring, and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. Once agreed the monies were paid into my bank account the next day.
