Claims process

My dog has recently been diagnosed with arthritis and I have had to submit many claims for various visits and treatments, the claims process online is very easy to follow and BBM have been quick and efficient in following up and settling the claims another plus is you only pay one excess which is excellent when you need to submit many claims, excellent company and excellent service, I would recommend BMM to all pet owners.
