Great customer service

These days it’s commonplace for good service and value to be put aside in favor of lowering costs. BBM is exactly the opposite and provides what people with pets need: understanding this “animal” is part of our family and them being unwell is a major stress. Getting support from their customer service team without hassle and without feeling bad for using the insurance is great. I have also found the newsletter mails very interesting and informative. So far, BBM is the best insurance I have had for my pets in over 25 years. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
