Reliable and friendly pet insurance provider

BBM have been great at communication and providing a great level of cover at a reasonable price. When I’ve had to claim they have always responded to the claim quickly and fairly and paid out reliably and usually within a couple of weeks of the claim. They are easy to deal with and their online form makes the process very straight forward. I recommend them to everyone who asks about pet insurance. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
