Polite, Caring People

Bought by Many/Many Pets people are extremely polite and helpful on the phone; they are calm when you are stressed because you have ill animals, or when you have spent a significant amount on vet fees; and they do honour a genuine claim, even if the vet involved has high charges. Policy Change-Over & Claim Handling.

Bought by Many were responsive and polite when my crazy cat lady wife passed away and I had to change-over our pets' policy to my name; at the same time I made a claim which they provided very regular email updates upon the progress of, and ultimately paid out a significant proprtion of the cost.
