I unfortunately had to make a claim for my cat, who appeared home one evening with an abscess on his neck from fighting with another cat (as we were later informed). Making a claim for vet fees could not have been easier, even though this was made during lockdown! Everything I needed was online, including all the updates I received throughout the claim process.
