Very Poor experience do not believe the hype very slow to deal with claim

I took out this insurance for my new dog on a no excess policy and committed to by monthly about £30 for the life of the dog. My dog got Giardia and I had numerous visits to the vet claiming was easy but waiting to get paid was another story weeks and months excuses after excuses eventually i got paid then the dog had to have a sample sent off and they refused to pay the bill for £80 saying they had already paid when they had not - Very unhappy with this company they do not deserve any award apart from being poor slow and misleading- Unhappy customer experience and I am not the only one look at the reviews for your self. I would not give any stars but one is the min!!! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
