Good insurance even if you have a health condition.

Being over 70 with a health condition I was finding it very difficult to get travel insurance for one week in Europe - and the fe that offered were incredibly expensive. A friend told me about AllClear. Fast efficient very reasonable price and no hidden add ons. Straightforward on line form and very helpful customer service when I phone just to confirm a few points. No hesitation in recommending BBM

Having changed to BBM over 4 years ago from another provider I have had nothing but excellent service, support and help when needed. Molly has twice been quite seriously ill under their policy and after doing the necessary checks with the vet they have been very prompt in reimbursing the vet fees. They also have the easiest on line claim form. I also found the included (at no extra cost) FirstVet video service very helpful and reassuring. Molly was appearing more unwell in the evening and I was considering an emergency out of hours vet appointment. After speaking to FirstVet it was felt she would be ok until the morning when I could make an appointment. They were right. Molly has since fully recovered and is enjoying life. We had an addition to our small family 2 weeks ago. A 1 year old Lhasa Apso and the first thing I did was insure her under the BBM policy for dogs under 2 years old. Fixed price for life. It's good to have the peace of mind that as she gets older the insurance won't go sky high like some other providers' policies.
