Friendly from start to finish!!

Applied online and provisionally accepted. I was then called by a very friendly guy who went through my details and tried his best to speed everything up as I was on my lunch break. The phone call wasn't very long at all and he went through all details I needed to know. I was accepted and that means I can go on my family holiday!! Thank you Mr Lender!!
