I really do think Many Pets are a great company

Many Pets is a great pet insurance provider. I'm on my second cat insured with them and have had nothing but positive experiences. My last cat Frankie was very ill for the last year of her life, there were lots of vet and hospital trips and countless medicines. Plus, it was lockdown and I lived alone, so it was a lot to deal with. The claims process being as easy as it is and the fact you can speak to a real, friendly person if you need to call are both key factors for me and is what made me come back when I was ready to cat-love again. Bella is young and healthy and I've not had to make any claims for her so far thankfully but I get rewarded for that with money-back and I know that if/when she ever needs care, it will be fine. Friendly agents & easy to use website

The levels of cover options are great and well priced and the website is nicely designed and super easy to use. But I was especially pleased with the customer service, though I spoke with a different agent each time...all were equally friendly and helpful even when I was a bit disgruntled. My claim took some time to complete and there were a few hiccups but I couldn't fault them on keeping in touch and I especially liked an email I received which explained that the huge yoy increase in claims was why it taking longer than usual. I like when a situation is laid out rather then being kept in the dark. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
