Good coverage and good customer support

I'm relatively new to pet insurance. I chose Bought By Many over the competitors as they had the largest cover for vet fees. There was a discount for having more than one dog and I needed insurance for my 2 rescue dogs. I made a claim for behavioural modification training for one of my dogs and I found the process, on the whole, a positive one. It was easy to speak to staff who had access to all the previous information on each call, I didn't have to repeat myself. The monthly premiums are reasonable and competitive. When a problem occurred it was dealt with quickly and positively. The customer support is very good. I recommend them to friends and family too. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
