Complete confidence

I have had to claim on my pet insurance a number of times. The customer service has been professional and efficient. Payment has always been timely with no quibbles. Recently the terms of insurance were changed in the customers favour. A new experience for me and much appreciated. I wouldn’t insure my pet with anyone else. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020
