First Time Claim - Paid in Full

I changed from my previous pet insurance to Bought By Many, as I'd adopted another cat. Like for like the policy for 2 cats was the same price as I'd been paying for 1 cat with my previous insurer, so that's my first tick for them. Following one of my cats becoming unwell, I made a claim online, which was quick and easy and the full amount was paid into my account within 3 weeks - second tick!
