My Bull terrier had a life threatening incident . Approval of claim was very prompt and when a complication needed a second opp the same prompt approval was received . The claims were settled within a few days and the funds back in my account . Had I not had the funds both the vets I used were quite happy to deal directly with Bought by many because of their reputation for prompt payment .
