The best their is? Hassle free peace of mind

We have had a policy with bbm for three years or so and they are easy to deal with, we have had a claim free year so we got 20% back at the time of renew, but we have had to claim and the process was easy, went to vet got the treatment needed, paid and within 10 days the money has been repaid into my account, they send an email when it’s direct debit time with amount, they know how to behave As a company and in my opinion, deserve all the accolades won, And another plus point they send us offers and days out information to get us out and about for free , why go anywhere else??
