Brilliant customer service

We lost our beloved little dog this past Christmas following a tragic accident and two subsequent operations. Many Pets were fantastic in their handling of the claim at a time of our great sadness and stress . I don’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I speak to now. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Extremely happy new customer

I switched to Bought by Many earlier this year following 5 years with the same insurer (John Lewis) for our 5 year old border terrier . Bought by Many seemed to meet the same comprehensive type coverage as I had already, but for a much more competitive price. We have never made a pet insurance claim ( Izzy is our first pet) and so, when she had an accident ,slipping awkwardly on some steps, a couple of months ago (which resulted in a popped disc and contusion to the spinal chord ) I was dreading the claims procedure and rueing the fact that I had changed insurers as I assumed it would be a complicated process riddled with exclusions and red tape. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It was super easy to submit the paperwork following the MRI and subsequent appointments. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was reimbursed , the first invoice I submitted was approved and settled within a couple of weeks following the initial claim, And subsequent bills were reimbursed within a couple of days. I am so glad I chose Bought By Many and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The ease of the claims process ( even for a relative technophobe like me) sealed it along with the extensive coverage for a great price. I hope the renewal premium doesn’t disappoint ( I have heard that this is a problem with many insurers following a claim) as this would make them outstanding in my opinion and no doubt deserving of customer plaudits and loyalty.
