Always Recommend BBM

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately had to make many claims for my German Shepherd pup in her first year. Eventually having to be referred to a specialist and she had to have investigative procedures. Expensive! I have had to make many phone calls to customer service due to my normal vet practice, wonderful vets, just not the best at providing correct information to insurance. But staff at BBM were always very patient, helpful and friendly. All claims paid with no problems. I constantly recommend BBM to family and friends. My GSD is now a young very healthy adult. Hopefully no more claims. But, it's reassuring to know that BBM is there. Many thanks. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020
