Great communications and value for money

I'm the lucky owner of a gorgeous but sickly pup who's suffered from severe hip dysplasia, kennel cough and has had to have both elbows operated on in the same year and all I can say is thank god I'm with BBM! The £7k policy limit meant that we've only had to spend a little more above and beyond what we've been covered, and they've been clear, communicative and quick to resolve claims as soon as info has been provided by the vets. On top of all this, because our pup is now over a year old, the premium on our lifetime policy has actually decreased slightly, when I had seriously feared the worst given all the claims we've had to make. Even without the lifetime policy / pre-existing conditions keeping me with them, I would be sticking with them based on service quality alone. Reviewed on: 9th August 2020
