Very fast payout!!

Made a claim late Friday pm, advised that as I wanted BBM to contact my vet there would be a delay of up to 3 weeks. No problem as long as I knew. I was amazed to have an email confirmation less than 48 hours confirming acceptance of claim - and the money was in my account too!! Over a weekend and during COVID!! Well done!
