Honest, straight forward insurer

Very impressed with ease of making a claim, payment made without quibble. Only downside is the reduced pay out for older pets but I was aware of this when I took out the insurance. For what we pay I would expect 100% cover, or indeed prefer to pay a slightly higher premium for a full payout. Very straight forward to claim and paid without any real effort on my part.
